Our team hails from a wide range of athletic backgrounds that have given us a broad view of what you need to be successful in the various worlds of sport. From professional skiing to college basketball to triathlon to Pilates to CrossFit, we’ve seen it all. We pull from our mash-up of our backgrounds and athletic histories and bring our best coaching experiences… every class, every damn day! Want to run faster? CrossFit. We possess the professional education and skills that allows us to make your Send It experience safe and productive for wherever you are on your fitness journey. All of our coaches hold multiple certifications, with formal training in exercise science, kinesiology, anatomy and movement. Want an exercise modification? We’ve got you. Not feeling 100%? CrossFit Send It Coaches

  • Paul Herberger, CF-L3, CPT, Owner

    Paul is well known mountain sport expert, waterman and recognized in the endurance communities as the go-to coach if you want to crush your goals. He’s turned that dedication as an endurance coach and developed his CrossFit coaching, earning his CF-L3. Paul is deeply dedicated to using challenging functional movements to improve performance in pursuits outside of the gym. His Ironman, UTMB, and Boston Marathon athletes, yep they CrossFit.

  • Dr. Milica McDowell, DPT, CF-L1

    Dr. Milica is a sports physical therapist who is the first one to demand SAFTEY in all movements, CrossFit included. She’s stoked to join the team as a CF-L1 coach and loves breaking down complex movements into simple, achievable parts. She encourages patients and clients of all ages to CrossFit, from the highschool peeps to her 70+ year old parents. You’ll catch her walking on her hands and (still) trying to DL her BW.

  • Victoria Knoll, CF-L2, Pilates Certified
